Don’t taunt more than one shadow wolf.
Just walk slowly until you see the yellow exclamation mark on one wolf and then back off
They are still hard to kill even when singled out, but they now do much lower damage. Which is why they hit like a truck in a group when you try to tackle them all as they take very long to kill.

Just go in the marked area, monsters are easy to kill within the circle:) They hit hard, but they take a lot of damage.
