Coupons obtained via Attendance Rewards are immediately applied and will expire in 7 days. The only way to delay the coupon is to avoid playing which is not possible.
Some Pearl Shop offer items are also bundled with coupons. These coupons must be activated within 3 days, and used within 7 days of activation.
There is one other way to delay the expiry.
Coupons which are gotten from opening boxes can be used at any time! Such boxes are usually purchased via the online official Black Desert Online website and the website sends you the box via ingame mail.
So just be sure to open such a box only when you need the coupon. The catch is, you’ll need to wait to use the other items in the box as you can’t just take one item out.
Note on coupon usage
- Coupon works only for ONE quantity of the item.
- You can only use a maximum of ONE coupon at one time
- You can apply them to discounted item, even if it is a package of items as long as it is one quantity of the package. So it is good to spend them on higher priced packages as you save more.
- The discount applies to the sale/discounted price, not original price.
- You cannot apply coupon to Loyalty or Pearl Boxes
- You cannot apply a coupon in a cart of multiple items
